COVER FX Custom Enhancer Drops Review and Swatches

We all know the highlight/illuminating game is at an all time high and has been for the past couple years.

Numerous makeup companies have been coming out with their latest and greatest highlighters from drug store to high end and from powder to liquid it's all over the place!

Well Cover FX just killed the highlighting game with their NEW Custom Enhancer Drops.

These are highlighters taken to the 10th power basically and have a metallic like sheen.

What it does:
Custom Enhancer Drops makes bringing adding a highlighting, strobing, or brognzing effect to any liquid cosmetic or skincare product easy. Add them to your favorite foundation, primer, serum, and moisturizer. Available in six universal shades, including four illuminators and two bronzers, these drops can also be used alone, even on top of powder, to create a buildable highlight or sunkissed tint. Custom Enhancer Drops were formulated with a high concentration of pearls that produce a lit-from-within glow without appearing too glittery or overdone. The more drops you use, the more luminosity you’ll get. The result is a beautiful, camera-ready, radiant finish.

Celestial, Moonlight, Sunlight

I ended up buying two shades Moonlight and Sunlight, I did want Celestial but it was sold out at both my local Sephora stores.
Good thing too because I think Celestial is a bit too light for my skin tone. (Got sample of it)

Retail is $42.00 and may seem steep for a highlighter but a little goes along way!

Trust me when I say very little goes far.

I have mixed these in with a few different foundations and in my case I have found the enhancers don't go with all foundation formulas.

I think it is a more trial and error to see if it works with a specific foundation.

Make sure you moisturize prior to use because if your skin is dry the custom enhancer drops will cling to any dry areas you may have and it won't look pretty. Again trial and error on that too.

So let me know if you will be picking up one of these colors?
