Becca Backlight Priming Filter Face Primer Review and Swatches/ Comparisons

Backlight Primer- Pearl, Moonstone, Opal , Rose Gold Shimmering Skin Perfectors

I have been using the Becca Backlight priming filter for over a week now.

Yes it has a fancy name but it's just a face primer.

Here is what Sephora says:

Backlight Priming Filter creates a canvas for your makeup, extending its wear from day to night. Infused with three unique Filtering Luminescent Pearls, each one adds a different drop of diffused light. Blended together, they impart a one-of-a-kind, lightweight, whipped fluid that creates a smooth canvas and acts as an instant filter, while the vitamin E-enriched formula minimizes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Backlighting acts as an instant filter, creating a diffused, soft-focused radiance that allows your complexion to catch light for a glowing look. Infused with Becca’s proprietary blend of crushed pearls, this primer achieves a lit-from-within, healthy-looking effect.

This is very different from Becca's Shimmering skin perfectors in case you're wondering.

This is a primer and it does have a little shimmer but once you put on foundation you can't really see the shimmer particles.

Where as the skin perfectors have a lot more shimmer and highlight properties.

Retail is $38.00 and you find this at Sephora and Ulta.

I think it's nice but not a must have.

Have you came across this in store yet?
